Dignus Careers

The Brief

Dignus Group is a regional care provider group whose recruitment needed its own dedicated site, separate from the main corporate site, so job search and applications could have a faster, more focused home of their own.

The Build

Replaced the previous WordPress careers pages with a standalone Astro static site, connected to the group's Tribepad applicant tracking system for live job search and applications. A dedicated "Refer a Friend" flyer page with its own QR code makes the referral scheme easy to share and act on outside the main navigation.

The Migration

Built using the same parity-gated migration process used elsewhere, checking URLs, canonicals and structured data automatically rather than relying on a manual page-by-page comparison against the old site.

Results

• Live job search and applications running directly through the group's Tribepad ATS, not a static contact form
• A dedicated Refer-a-Friend page with its own QR code makes the referral scheme easy to share outside the main site
• Every URL, canonical and structured data point checked automatically during migration, not compared manually page by page
